Steps to make gravy *

Get container, fill with water to 3qt line

Microwave with lid using code: 2x81

Water must be boiling when removed

In separate use a 32oz paper cup to measure 1 qt of cold water from the DT soda machine and put into new container.

Mix with 1 packet of gravy and whisk until mixed

Slowly pour gravy mixture into boiling water

Microwave mixture 2 min without a lid

Using pitcher pour into gravy cups

Cut out pit

Slice tomato using clean slicer

Discard unusable tops and bottoms

Show how to slice an onion

Peel off outer layer

Slice onion using clean slicer

Discard small centers (not big enough for burgers)

Chop up discarded onions for topping bar (if they aren't fresh) or throw them out
